We typically use Swiss Meringue Butter Cream made from egg whites, sugar and butter. This can be flavored with pure extracts, liquors and chocolate and fruit juice or purees which we make from scratch.
We also offer fillings of caramel or dulce de leche, cookies and cream, cookie dough, dreamsicle or white or chocolate mousse, mint, mocha and cream cheese fillings. Our cannoli filling is made with a combination of ricotta and mascarpone and miniature chocolate chips.
So far, we have made citrus, lemon, lime, orange, pina colada, pineapple and mango curds and/or mousses. American Buttercream is available only upon request.
